Demétre Haralamb Chiparus (16 September 1886 – 22 January 1947) was a Romanian Art Deco era sculptor who lived and worked in Paris, France. He was one of the most important sculptors of the Art Deco era.
J.L. Paris LN (Les Neveux by J. Lehmann) is a Parisian art foundry, mainly renowned for the production and distribution of bronze statuettes, mostly chryselephantine, in the Art Deco period of the 1920s and 1930s The company’s headquarters were located in Paris. The foundry has produced works by famous artists. Production ended with the Second World War and the German occupation of France.
